Wir haben ein neues m\u00e4chtiges Feature entwickelt, welches das fokussierte Anw\u00e4hlen geplanter Kontakte erleichtert.<\/p>\n

Was neu ist<\/strong>
\nIhr k\u00f6nnt jetzt aus den geplanten Anrufaktivit\u00e4ten des Tages mit einem Klick eine Liste erstellen lassen. Mit einem zweiten Klick k\u00f6nnt ihr das Anw\u00e4hlen dieser Anrufliste starten. Die n\u00e4chste Anwahl erfolgt automatisch, wenn ihr mit dem vorherigen Anruf abgeschlossen habt.<\/p>\n

Was es bringt<\/strong>
\nIhr braucht also nicht mehr jeden einzelnen geplanten Anruf manuell starten. Praktisch, wenn ihr ein gr\u00f6\u00dferes Volumen an Kontakten fokussiert abtelefonieren m\u00fcsste. So l\u00e4sst sich Zeit gewinnen und noch komfortabler arbeiten.<\/p>\n

Was notwendig ist<\/strong>
\nIhr braucht die\u00a0Hej CTI App f\u00fcr den Desktop<\/a>. \u201eGeplante Anrufe\u201c muss in der Hej CTI App aktiv sei. Schaut euch\u00a0diese Anleitung<\/a>\u00a0an.<\/p>\n
