You can update a note or add a link to a deal from your call history.
What it brings
You no longer need to go to your CRM to find the note to edit it. Of course, the changes are synchronized with your CRM immediately. You can save time and work even more comfortably.
What is required
This feature is only included in the new Hej CTI app for the desktop (macOS and Windows).
