Instant Overview of Users’ Statuses

By popular demand, we have extended the functionality that shows the presence status of your teammates.

What’s new 
You can now see the current status of your teammates on a single page. The status can be filtered by “Online”, “On call”, “Do not disturb”, “Offline” or “Unknown”.

What’s the benefit
Thanks to the one page overview, you can now see what the status of your teammates is without having to search for teammates individually as before. This helps you to save time and energy.

What you need to do
Open the “Search and select” area. To do this, click on the “Search for person” icon in the top bar of the app. Then open the “Present” tab.

All Hej CTI users have access to the new feature. The status is only shown for users who use the Hej CTI app.

Direct dialling for contacts with only one number

Direct dialling for contacts with only one number

In response to several requests, we have released a small improvement that makes it easier for you to start calls from the Hej CTI app.

What’s new
You can now specify whether a call should start immediately after clicking on the “receiver” icon if only one phone number is available for the contact

What it does
It saves you time and energy by reducing clicks.

What is required
You only need to activate the setting. You can deactivate it in the app under Settings > Call list.

Focused dialing with the Power Dialer

Focused dialing with the Power Dialer

We have developed a powerful new feature that makes it easier to focus on dialing planned contacts.

What’s new
You can now create a list from the planned call activities of the day with one click. With a second click you can start dialing this call list. The next call is automatically dialed when you have finished the previous call.

What it does
You no longer need to start every single scheduled call manually. This is practical if you need to make a large number of focused calls to a large number of contacts. This saves time and makes work even more convenient.

What is required
You need the Hej CTI app for the desktop. “Scheduled calls” must be active in the Hej CTI app. Take a look at these instructions.

Automatic upload of audio recordings to HubSpot

Automatic upload of audio recordings to HubSpot

Manually archiving audio recordings as a HubSpot activity takes time and energy. It’s quite practical when it can be automated.

What’s new
Now you can automatically upload audio recordings (voicemails, call recordings) to HubSpot and receive a transcription.

What’s in it for you
You can easily share the recordings with your team and find them at any time.

What you need
Automatic call logging must be enabled for the user in the Hej CTI Portal. In HubSpot, call recording must be activated in Settings > Tools > Calling Feature > Call Configuration and under Settings > Tools > Calling Feature > Transcription & Analysis.

Improved logic rules management

Improved logic rules management

With logic rules you can customize and extend the call logging for your account. We have improved the logic rule management of Hej CTI in several ways.

What’s new
Logic rules can now be duplicated, imported and exported. Additionally, each rule can be activated and deactivated individually.

Why it’s useful
Each logic rule can be used as a template, easily and time-saving by duplicating. Also Logic rules can be deactivated at any time and reactivated when they are needed again. And with the export-import function, logic rules can be distributed effortlessly.

What’s required
The logic rules management is accessible through the Hej CTI portal.

Automatic upload of audio recordings to Pipedrive

Manually archiving audio recordings as a pipedrive activity takes time and energy. It’s pretty practical when it can be automated.

What’s new
Now you can automatically upload audio recordings (voicemails, call recordings) to Pipedrive and have a linked activity created.

Why it’s useful
You can easily share the recordings with your team and find them at any time.

What’s required
You need the Professional Plan from Pipedrive. Automatic call logging must be enabled for the user in the Hej CTI Portal. For the near future we also plan to capture voicemail transcripts from sipgate in Pipedrive.
